Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property. On face value, the property was clean, spacious and was in a perfect location to surrounding villages. The bed and sofa were very comfy and it had a lovely large bathroom! Its a good place to stay for a visit to the Cotswolds. Unfortunately we think we got a bit unlucky and we did have a few issues dRead moreuring our stay. The fridge/freezer didnt work for the entirety of our stay and we made the owners aware the first morning we were there. They quickly came to see the issue and said theyd get it fixed the following day but unfortunately they didnt. It wasnt until the 3rd day of our stay (out of 4 days) that a handyman knocked at the door (without prior warning from the owners) and told us there was nothing he could do. We were unhappy with the communication from the owners from this perspective and also the fact we didnt have a working fridge or freezer for our stay. We also had extremely low water pressure so you couldnt take a shower at times due to the cleaning of bedding for the other properties on the site, and even in the last night and the last morning we had no hot water nor heating. Lovely flat set in a lovely village. A good spot from where to explore the local area and Cotswolds in general. The flat was clean and well maintained. There was a minimal set of kitchen equipment, but enough for us to cook a few meals, and a good dishwasher. Large clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable and there was room to store clothes. Bed was really comfortable, bath sheets were supplied rather than bath towels which is really good for the larger person. Location was excellent for Bourton on the Water. Plenty of parking at accommodation.

Nice apartment but not thought through in the details. Really needs blinds on all the windows to keep the sun out, frezer needs defrosting, new lamp in bedroom

A well-furnished, spacious, comfortable, peaceful and private flat. The pleasant owners respond quickly to any queries. The location is an ideal centre-point for exploring the surrounding area, especially the numerous National Trust properties within easy reach to the North and the South.
