The accommodation was located in a peaceful area. It wasnt far to get to the many tourist attractions in the Cotswolds. The equipment provided was sufficient but could do with a few more bits and pieces (there were no place mats and only 3 coasters). A welcome pack, including some milk, would be useful. There was lots of wardrobe space in the bedRead morerooms and the bathrooms were large, with plenty of hot water. We had a very nice stay. We found the sofa too soft and low, but appreciate that it might be perfect for others. Hide

The Annex is situated in a good area close to Bourton on the Water in close proximity to many places of interest and we never had to drive far. The beds were very comfortable and the shower rooms were nice although nowhere to hang towels. Also only one hand towel (plus a guest sized towel) per bathroom, not per person. Bath sheets were a good sRead moreize. We found the sofa rather low for our liking but others may not mind this. It wasnt the cleanest property weve stayed in. Hide

Location was lovely. The accommodation was clean, uncomfortable. However, it needs some finishing touches inside and outside the property.

The annexe was a little disappointing. The finish of the property seemed rushed - gaps around sockets, plastic not removed from bathroom window, TV socket hanging off the wall inside the cupboard, pipes lying in the back lawn. As the weather was beautiful the bedrooms were extremely hot at night, as we didn't want to leave the bifolding doors open Read moreand there were no fans available. Halfway through our week workmen turned up to start laying a path down the side of the annexe. We didn't know anything about it until they were there and had started digging. No real privacy as the main house is directly opposite, where there are young children. This is probably suitable for 1 to 2 nights but wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Hide
