Holiday in style at this former farmhouse in tranquil Treliver, with a converted piggery in the garden as an additional luxury studio. Both properties seamlessly fuse cutting-edge modern design with original features and rustic pops. With generous proportions throughout, the lounge lures you in with its cosy comfort, two seating areas, a wood burner, books galore and Smart TV. It will feel like a treat to rustle up a feast using the Aga in this modern kitchen with a classic vibe. The dining room seats 10 and has a door out to the garden. Sleeping accommodation in the main house is all upstairs, comprising two king-size bedrooms (one en-suite), one double and one twin. Furnished and decorated in subtly different ways, they are all calming spaces. Outside the garden offers lawns, a gravel patio that’s perfect for al fresco dining, plus the all-important hot tub and BBQ. The annexe provides cute quarters near the main house. Thoughtfully refurbished, it’s a beautiful single-storey space under an apex ceiling with exposed beams and stonework giving it rustic flair and Velux windows flooding it with light. Twin beds, a shower room and wood burner plus armchairs all fit easily for a cosy bolthole.

In its idyllic setting, this inland property is a great jumping-off point for exploring. The culinary delights of Padstow are 11.5 miles towards the north coast, while the Eden Project’s botanical wonders are 11 miles southwards, with The Lost Gardens of Heligan just 5 miles further if you fancy a green-fingered day.

Was a nice stay but could have done with a good clean. We did spend a good time cleaning ourselves. When we booked a dog friendly cottage. We didnt expect our dog couldnt go upstairs or on the sofa. Shouldnt really advertise it as dog friendly. Our dog wasnt familiar with the house and always want to be with us. Should let people know before bookinRead moreg. Thankyou Hide

Great family cottage especially, beautiful when the sun comes out, plenty of space a barbecue and a wood burner hot tub if you want to fill and heat it.
