Holiday in style at this four-bed former farmhouse in the tranquil hamlet of Treliver. This beautiful house is smart outside with even smarter interiors. With generous proportions throughout, the lounge lures you in with its cosy comfort, two seating areas, wood burner, books galore and TV if that’s more your thing. Or simply stare out of the charming window with its quaint shutters. Cooking will feel like a treat in this modern kitchen with a classic vibe even down to the Aga. The dining room can seat 10 and has a door leading out to the garden. Sleeping quarters are all upstairs, comprising two king-size bedrooms (one en-suite), one double and one twin bedroom. Furnished and decorated in subtly different ways, they are all super calming spaces for a great night’s sleep. Outside there’s a great garden with lawns, a private gravel patio that’s perfect for al fresco dining, plus the all-important hot tub and BBQ.

In its idyllic inland setting, this property is a great exploration jumping-off point – inland, the south or north coasts’ quiet coves and sandy swathes all await. The culinary delights of Padstow are 11.5 miles towards the north coast, while the Eden Project’s botanical wonders are 11 miles southwards, with The Lost Gardens of Heligan just 5 miles further on if you’re having a green-fingered day.

A lovely home to rent with high quality equipment and comfy beds and bed linen. The home is decorated well and stylish. We really Enjoyed the wood fired hot tub although was very hard work to fill and heat which takes time. The location rural, it is closest to the north coast beaches near Newquay.
