This charming chalet has a fresh, contemporary design and a fabulous deck with comfortable furniture, great views and shared gardens. Walking distance to the beach and close to Cromer and Cley, it’s perfect for up to four people and a pup.
Arranged all on one level, this bright, airy and peaceful bolthole is set among trees on an unmade road. It has been stylishly designed for relaxation, with a well-designed kitchen tucked away to the side of the light-filled lounge/diner. This is a great space in which humans and hounds can gather and bask in the warmth of the electric fire and underfloor heating while streaming a movie on the Smart TV. The two bedrooms, a double and a twin, share a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. On warm days you can head outside and enjoy some fresh Norfolk air on the raised deck, from which there are beautiful views over the shared grounds and scenic countryside.
The chalet is located in the lovely village of Weybourne, where you’ll find a shop, tearoom and welcoming pub, and is less than half a mile from its long, uncrowded beach. You can also find secluded beaches at Sheringham and Salthouse, both 3 miles, while the bustling seaside town of Cromer is just 7 miles – eat in one of the many dog-friendly pubs and cafes and walk your meal off with a stroll along the famous Victorian pier. From Weybourne, you can hop onto a steam train to either Sheringham or Holt (well-behaved hounds allowed), while nearby stately homes and estates offer plenty of places to walk with furry friends – you’re all welcome at Sheringham Park, Holt Country Park, the Felbrigg Estate and the Blickling Estate, each within a 14-mile radius.
