This unassuming semi-detached cottage on the idyllic Llyn Peninsular looks modest from its stone-built exterior, but the interior oozes elegance and style with a sleek design and plush furnishings throughout. Spend your days exploring the surrounding picturesque villages, wandering along the windswept coastline and running into the sea with your four-legged companions. Balance your time with socialising in the comfortable open-plan living area and taking some time for yourself with a good book on the mezzanine with sea views or soaking in some bubbles in the bath tub.
Inside the open-plan living space with underfloor heating is a spacious lounge area with an eclectic mix of chic and contemporary furnishings including a large corner sofa in front of the Smart TV. On the other side of the room, past the large glass windows with countryside views is the immaculate kitchen with high ceilings, pale wooden surfaces and an island with a breakfast bar. There’s also a dining table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is a sizable bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite with a curved bath. Climb the stairs to reach the mezzanine with seating and sea views. Continue into the second bedroom with a king-size bed and sea views plus an en-suite with a walk-in shower. Outside is an enclosed patio with furniture and a BBQ set on request.
