The standard of the property was excellent in all respects. The rural location was very relaxing, I've never slept as well anywhere. We used it as a base for our visit to the National Eisteddfod and we really appreciated the warm welcome to the area.

We had a very enjoyable week at the cottage and also had wonderful weather. We were dog sitting that week and everything was fine for us. The only thing to consider for June if you take a pet, many if the wonderful beaches are off limits that time of year.

We had a wonderful time but the instructions to find the property were very poor and took us ages to find. No sign visible from the road and even a couple renting the neighbouring property had the same issue with instructions. Beautiful cottage though very comfortable just lacked a few essentials. Overall the place was amazing, very comfortable and cozy. Only downside was no log burner, even though the pictures clearly showed one, and we enquired about availability of wood and was told yes wood would be provided! Also fridge had a missing door shelf so couldn't stand up milk cartons.

Everything was great! Bit of feedback and its not a reason we wouldnt go back to Tir Bach Iago. Weve stayed at cottages before that put a pint of milk in the fridge (this wouldve helped as no shops nearby). Fab coffee machine in the cottage but no pods to use and nowhere to buy them close by. If this was in the notes and customers advised to takeRead more some with you, I think it would be a good idea. Maybe a visitor book for people to write in, visitors can get tips and advice on places to visit or go to etc. The bath was fabulous and enjoyed using it. The underfloor heating was fabulous too. Fabulous decor, bed and bedding was really good quality and felt luxurious. We absolutely loved the accommodation, we didnt want to go home! ?? Hide

Only negatives: No literature/manuals on site relating to hi-tech resources (eg microwave). Only one tea towel available (not helpful if use of dishwasher is eschewed). Only one large cereal/pasta bowl (5 small versions available).

Very nicely renovated cottage/barn in lovely location. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend but a few very minor things to bare in mind. If you are taking a dog, the drive way is shared with other properties so your garden space is not totally private and no enclosed space for your dog. The Wi-fi is very slow or none existent at times (whiRead morech isnt always a bad thing, just prep any info for walks and visits before you go). We didnt use the BBQ but it looked a good piece of kit. The garden chairs are not very comfortable (perhaps they need some cushions), but they are functional and you can move them to raised area by gateway to capture the sun (depending on time of day). Overall a really nice property. Hide
