Enjoy a romantic getaway to this beautiful holiday home. In a rustic cottage in the most western part of Wales, you’ll have the opportunity to explore beaches, see incredible wildlife and enjoy the peace of the countryside. Ideal for a couple and their dog, and possibly one child, this could be a great place to go when you’re expecting and want a quiet trip to enjoy the company of those who mean the most to you.

Start the day on a charming patio, perfect for coffee or breakfast in the morning sun. Watch your little one play on the lawn and playset, then enjoy a soothing soak in this cottage’s wonderfully deep bath before heading out for the day with your canine companion. When you return, there’s a cosy living room which joins a kitchen and dining room in neutral colours to make cooking communal without anyone getting under your feet. End the day in a light bedroom, filled with different shades of wood and exposed brick.

This cottage is the perfect base for anyone who wants to explore beautiful Broad Haven, which is 5.5 miles away, whilst still appreciating the familiar chain businesses found around Haverfordwest. Whilst dogs aren’t allowed on famous Skomer Island because of the delicate ecosystem, there are plenty of dog-friendly beaches on the mainland and two-thirds of Broad Haven Beach allows dogs year-round. Plus, you may be able to spot dolphins! When you’re covered in sand and have seen numerous sea critters in nearby rock pools, head back into the centre of Broad Haven for plenty of pubs serving great food for people and fresh water for tired dogs. Finish your holiday by trying out some water sports in the bay as your partner and dog watch (and laugh) from the shore.

Lovely comfortable cottage great patio at the rear of the property where we all enjoyed gin and tonic in the sunshine. The dog had room to go out in the garden and watch the sheep. Although he is a collie he has no interest in sheep whatsoever. The huge field opposite the property was an added bonus to exercise the dog. Thanks very much for a memorable stay. Hide

We've been coming to Diane's for years now, always a peaceful and relaxing time. Cottages are clean and comfortable, and Diane is on hand if anything is needed. We used to come with the kids and grandkids so most of the cottages have been used by us over the years. Lots to do and see and I've seen Pembrokeshire grow over the years. We've had a great week here at Holly Cottage, helped a little by the glorious sunshine every day. The cottage was absolutely perfect for us, with our dog very much enjoying watching the sheep through the window, and final evening walk around the huge field on the other side of the road. The cottage had everything we could have needed and was beautiRead morefully clean. Our favourite places have been the Stackpole Estate with the dog friendly beaches at Barafundle, Broad Haven south, and the postcard quay at Porthclais. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Hide
