A luxury wing to the owner’s home, this beautiful property more than matches the incredible vineyard on which it is situated on. A truly unique retreat to escape from the hustle and bustle.

A truly luxurious property, this is the perfect romantic bolthole for a couple and their dog on an incredible 80-acre vineyard. The entire property benefits from stunning architectural design thanks to exposed stone beams throughout. It manages to blend mod-cons (including a luxury bathroom) seamlessly with these original features.

You’ll first enter the open-plan kitchen/diner which has everything you need for the times you are catering for yourselves. All feet - even furry ones - will be happy with the inclusion of underfloor heating throughout. From the hallway, you can go through to the unique living room which has a circular sofa to fit into the curved space. The spiral stairway from the hallway echoes those curves and takes you to the master bedroom with a king-size bed and views across the vineyard. The property’s bathroom has its own jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower - both providing a real wow factor. Finally, outside, the property has outdoor seating for guests when they’re not exploring the wine estate’s vineyards, woodland and farmland with their dog.

This really is the ultimate romantic getaway for a couple looking to get away from it all and take their beloved pet on long country walks. The property is close to the South Downs National Park so walkers are well catered for, but there are also countless dog-friendly pubs where your four-pawed friend will be welcomed with a treat or two.

  • 1 bedroom – king-size
  • 1 bathroom – jacuzzi bath with dragon tap, separate walk-in shower and WC
  • Electric hob, AGA, American-style fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher
  • Smart TV in lounge
  • Underfloor heating on the ground floor
  • Extensive private off-road parking
  • Shared outdoor courtyard with outdoor seating
  • Full access to vineyard grounds, woodlands, farmlands & lakes
  • Pub and shop 4 miles
  • Wing to owner’s home with separate entrance
  • Arrival: 15:00 onwards
  • Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week

Very unique property in a lovely setting. It is very rural, make sure you follow the directions provided. We had a very relaxing time. Took the suggested walk into Selborne. Bring boots, it was a very muddy trail.

A wonderful place to stay in an incredible location with views over the newly planted vineyard. Total peace and quiet and dark skies at night made it even more special. The freedom for dogs to romp though the edges of the vineyard was incredible and very welcome.
