This charming wooden-clad holiday escape offers an inviting hot tub and peaceful views over the surrounding countryside, with miles of dog walks and footpaths to explore on the doorstep.
Boasting a peaceful setting, lovely walks from the doorstep, an exercise field for the dog (and children), countryside views, local pubs nearby, and a private hot tub, there’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained at this cosy wooden cabin. And as well as the wildlife and outdoor activities, there’s lots to enjoy indoors too!
Staying at this cabin is a chance to unwind in a gorgeous setting, and you may never want to leave. It’s situated on a quiet lane in Stanton-by-Bridge with three other cabins nearby. It’s been tastefully decorated ¬– with lovely prints on the walls and comfy spaces to relax. Outside, you can get together for drinks and dinner alfresco, and there’s plenty of space for Fido and the kids to run around. Children will love meeting the on-site animals too, plus, there’s your very own hot tub for the ultimate in indulgence.
If you do want to leave the house, there are lots of walks and cycle routes nearby and CONKERS is excellent for tiring kids out – it’s in the heart of the National Forest and has an adventure playground and lots of children’s activities – humans only, so Rover will need to sit this one out. For the ultimate kids’ day out, Alton Towers is 30 miles away, and if a day at the races or watching motorsports is your thing, Uttoxeter Racecourse is 24 miles away and Donnington Park Circuit is 4 miles away. There are stunning properties to visit nearby at Sudbury Hall (16 miles), Kedleston Hall (16.5 miles) and Calke Park and Abbey (4 miles), which is on the National Forest Silver Anniversary Trail.
