The beautiful wood-clad lodge sleeps eight guests and two canine party members. It’s perfectly placed to enjoy a walking holiday together, as the magnificent Malvern Hills is just 2 miles from the property. After a long hike with the trusty hounds, pour a glass of bubbly and sink into the private hot tub or unwind on the veranda and admire the views over the water to the hills beyond.
The stunning accommodation is set within a traditional Teme Valley farm, where you and the four-legged ones can roam (just remember to keep them on a lead) and meet the farm animals and spot local wildlife. The lodge embraces open-plan living, providing ample space for you to all spread out and relax or come together to socialise. There’s a large dining table, with seating for everyone, so you can enjoy hearty meals as a group after an action-packed day. On a warm afternoon, leave the French doors open so your four-pawed pals can potter in and out to the veranda. In the evening, fire up the BBQ or challenge each other to a table tennis match is the communal games room, limited to use of members of same booking group at any one time due to social distancing guidelines
The Malvern Hills – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – is a paradise for pups. From gentle strolls along tree-lined paths, to energetic treks along the hill ridges, there’s plenty to get tails wagging. Famed for its dramatic landscapes, ancient woodlands and rolling pastures, it’s a truly magical place. Equally photogenic is Croome National Trust (17 miles away). The secret wartime airbase is set within the grandest of English landscapes, with commanding views over the Malverns.
