The main bedroom has en-suite facilities, the other two bedrooms are twin rooms and there’s also a family bathroom. There’s a utility room with a washing machine shared with other properties on the complex and a lovely decked terrace with garden furniture - ideal for relaxing after a day out. Half a mile away is a dog-friendly pub with a children’s play area, and there are several grocery stores within a mile of the property. Car parking is for two vehicles.

You’re just under a mile from the dog-friendly section of Westward Ho! beach and the country’s largest expanse of sand dunes at Northam Burrows, where you can join the South West Coast Path and enjoy sweeping views of dramatic cliff formations, interspersed with concealed sandy cove beaches and the remnants of ancient forests at low tide. The property is also 2.5 miles from the delightful village of Appledore, whose cobbled streets lined with colourful cottages hark back to the settlement’s rich maritime history. The tidal ferry service from Appledore to the dog-friendly Instow beach is always popular with dogs and children, and you’re just 11 miles from the picturesque car-free village of Clovelly, whose pebble beach welcomes frolicking four-legged friends too.
