Perfect for exploring the city. You can leave your car on the drive and head out on foot or grab a tram, which runs past regularly. We took our dog with us and had no problem finding places to walk her. We cooked at home on a couple of occasions and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

The property is in a great location so close to the city centre. Great to have a parking space - we hardly needed to move the car.

The cottage was in easy reach of the city centre and less than a 5 minute walk to all local amenities. For visiting the city, the cottage was the perfect place to be. Everything provided in the cottage is perfect for a weeks stay. Located in a lovely part of the city, and although behind a major hotel, it is very peaceful. It is a lovely townhouse. It is in an ideal location to explore Edinburgh. However, noise is notable on occasion with deliveries to hotel in front of property when trying to sleep.

Excellent place for exploring Edinburgh, handy for the buses and trams, there is some noise from deliverys at the premier inn over the road but only at certain times of day, did not really bother us while we were there. Everything you need is on the doorstep, and everywhere in the city centre is within an easy walk.

Excellent accommodation in a quiet location well placed for visiting Edinburgh 'attractions' - 15 mins from Waverley station, 50 yards from the tram terminus and 200 yards from the bus station. Friendly and very helpful owners. Have stayed here or in the next door property 6 or 7 times now and will certainly be back.
