This contemporary-style lodge, situated in a quiet part of the holiday park, offers a peaceful trip away for your whole family. With a large lake on-site plus plenty of facilities to choose from, including a heated swimming pool, gymnasium and beauty spa, this holiday park isn’t short of things to do. Explore the site and return to your welcoming lodge at the end of the day where comfort awaits you.

The lodge comfortably sleeps four people, leaving plenty of room for your four-legged friend. The open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner creates the perfect setting for a family breakfast before heading out for the day’s adventure, or an evening in with hot chocolate watching a family film. The lodge has been decorated with a wooden-look theme throughout and painted in complimentary neutral tones. The sky light and French doors mean that the lodge is light and airy, giving a feeling of being outdoors even when cosy and warm inside. The outside patio is the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the night sky.

The Lake District National Park is just 13 miles away from Carnforth and has an array of sports for the whole family to enjoy. Whether that be heading out on the water on a hired boat, trying your luck at fishing, or simply hiking along one of the many scenic paths this national park offers. For a fun-filled day out why not head to Happy Mount Park, situated just 4.5 miles outside of Carnforth. Here you can splash about in the water parks and play against each other on the crazy golf course. Just 1 mile down the road you’ll also find a dog-friendly beach, perfect for a run around.

The accommodation , was overall clean, and the site very pleasant. The location is ideal for us, in the Carnforth area, as all required locations are close to hand.

This is more of a caravan than a lodge and not like the picture in the advert. The inside is as advertised but not the outside. Nevertheless it is a cosy, clean caravan. It is advertised as having WiFi, however, this is very intermittent and didnt work more than it did. Decking area is small but ok for sitting out in sunny weather. The restaurant oRead moren site does delicious food but there isnt much on site for kids or any area for them to play with a bat and ball like most sites. Hide

The Lodge was luxurious and all the little details that you might forget - salt, pepper, tea towel, toilet roll were already there. Even through storm Dennis the lodge was warm and cosy. A lovely location and the nearby Restaurant was very reasonably priced. The pool in the leisure centre was good and also a reasonable price. Our two grandsons, ageRead mored 6 and 11 thoroughly their short break, as did we. Hide

The cottage was very clean (see below) and well equipped. It was warm and comfortable. We were unable to get wifi in the cottage even after reception contacted the owner for the updated password. My daughter slept in the single bed which was narrow so decided to try the fold down bed one night but changed her mind when she saw the sheet had a dirtyRead more mark on it. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Hide

This was a basic caravan and we expected a lodge. It was warm and cosy but we couldn't access the swimming pool as it cost too much. Sadly the weather outside was poor. The site was quiet and peaceful and very dog friendly. Supermarkets very close were a welcome surprise restaurant on site appeared expensive but we preferred to eat in the van.
