Just a stroll from the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, this is a real jewel of a property, perfect for romantic breaks, beach lovers and keen walkers to explore this fabulous region.

Overlooking the stunning Cardigan Bay, this unique holiday home is worthy of any sea dog and their accompanying two-legged friends. Located just a short walk from the dog-friendly shores of New Quay beach, it is the ideal choice for couples seeking a comfortable base for exploring the Ceredigion coastline, and furry visitors will receive a warm welcome too.

Stylish, spacious and packed with contemporary charm, this former stable has been beautifully finished to create an extremely chic haven packed with home comforts. Large bay windows and French doors allow the sunlight to stream inside, and a wood burner makes the downstairs living space toasty. Set Fido’s nose twitching as you prepare delicious morsels in the kitchen, settling down at the bistro-style table. Fireside snoozes are on the agenda in the lounge area, or you can admire the views from the chairs in the upstairs bedroom, which also features an elegant double bed and an extra single for children. A ground-floor shower room completes the property, and there’s a private outside patio and small lawn area that’s ideal for relaxing. There is parking available for one small car, but there is a pay and display car park for larger cars within 200 meters at a cost of £10.50 per week.

New Quay itself is a pleasing combination of traditional seaside charm combined with modern-day delights, where you can spend your days on the golden sandy beach before dining on fresh seafood at one of the impressive restaurants. Browse the independent shops and art galleries, or retrace the footsteps of the celebrated author Dylan Thomas as you follow the historic trail throughout the village. Satisfy your thirst for adventure by lacing-up your boots and setting off along the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Coast Path, looking out for bottlenose dolphins on your way.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A fab cottage set is lovely quiet surroundings. Very clean and a great deal of attention has been given to equipment that may be required while away from home. The beds are lovely and comfortable and the view from upstairs spectacular! Our dog was catered for too with a lovely bed and treat however, if your dog likes to wander the property is not sRead moreecure and your dog may wander into the lane, albeit a quiet lane cars do pass down it.We would definitely recommend a stay here, we were sad to leave. Very comfortable homely place to stay with amazing views especially from upstairs. I spent a couple hours most days sat admiring the view (while the football was on downstairs) Everything was clean & tidy. Pub & shop just along the road on the flat everywhere else was quite hilly

Bijou but comfortable for 2. Parking tight but managed to park my Qashqai with a little bit of shunting. No view from the downstairs as there is a tall laurel hedge 8ft from the door but view from upstairs super.
