A lovely property and setting. It was nice to have a games room and outdoor chess set for the children. A lovely walk around the lake though a bit muddy after all the rain there has been. Nice to have an enclosed area for the dogs.

Had a lovely holiday, place was spotless and the location was beautiful, our only problem was the steps going up to the bedrooms . My dad and I are disabled and I wasn't made aware of any steps in the cottage. Also a high chair for disabled or elderly in the living room would be ideal. Dad had to sit on the dining chair when we were in the cottage.Read more. Otherwise it was a great holiday. Hide

Stayed here with our daughters family and granddaughter and had superb time: We were blessed with sunny days all week and temperature into high twenties in September. Loved the cottage and surrounding area. Excellent location, good local beaches and lovely fishing villages to visit within a hours driving. Well equipment and clean.

Lovely quiet setting, within easy reach of Bude and the A39 for other places to visit. Nicely laid out cottage, all on one level apart from one step into bedroom corridor. Plenty of bathrooms/ toilets and facilities for cooking were also good. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday!

We stayed here in September and again in October and found the cottage to be in the perfect location. Not far from Widemouth beach or Bude and well situated for visiting many other places.
