Head through to the exquisite lounge/kitchen/diner to lose yourselves in the views and whip up delicious dishes for pups and people. Dine at the table against the backdrop of glorious Welsh countryside, then wander through to the lounge with your delighted dog beside you. Light the wood burner in here, watch the Smart TV and discuss dog-friendly activities for the following day. There is also a WC downstairs. Pat Fido goodnight before climbing the stairs up to a double bedroom or a king-size, which has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with a glass balustrade. There is also a queen-size room, perfect for one adult or two children, and a family shower room up here. Spill out into the sunny gardens to light the BBQ or enjoy a drink out in the fresh air, while Fido explores. There is ample parking at the property.
Grab the dog lead, lace up your walking boots and head straight out into the scenic Radnor Hills. Venture 2 miles from the cottage to Walton to pick up the long-distance Offa’s Dyke Path. Head 16.5 miles to Hay-on-Wye to explore the famous town and take Fido on into the Brecon Beacons National Park, which begins here.
