From here, join one of the boat trips from the town’s harbour or enjoy a day at the beach, relaxing on the fine golden sands while the dogs and kids enjoy a paddle. Blickling Estate (19.5 miles) is a fantastic spot to bring your hounds for a run around, with 4,600 acres to explore. The circular trails at Holt Country Park (10.5 miles), on the edge of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, are also great for exploring and stick-chasing.
