A very charming house full of character, very cosy with the aga and the wood burners. Fabulous garden (with regular visits from a deer!) Perfect location for anyone who enjoys walking. The house was well equipped and the beds exceptionally comfortable. Would definitely book it again and recommend it to friends and family.

This is a lovely cottage set in a brilliant location. We were greeted by a buzzard circling over the house crying a greeting which was lovely. Inside is not quite as big as expected but it was perfect for our party. There are a lot of stairs and the garden is steep so toddlers need to be watched at all times. We're a family of 9 and would recommend Wooda as a lovely place to escape to. It's in a small hamlet so noise is not an issue if you just want peace and quiet. There's a lovely firepit by the stream at the bottom of the garden for relaxing around after a day body-boarding or surfing at one of the nearby beaches. You can walk to the coast path from Read morethe house and enjoy a walk (or run) in either direction. The pub at Hartland Quay is an excellent destination if they are not using it for filming. Hide

What a lovely family holiday we had in Wooda. The children had such fun in the gorgeous garden, fishing in the stream, toasting marshmallows on the fire outside - idyllic. We had lunches at the Mill across the road, or if busy, John would provide a takeaway to eat in our own garden (bonus of no wasps!) .
