Lovely detached property with garden and paddock offering superb rural views, yet close to the village and its amenities. Great location to explore the Cheshire and Shropshire borders.

Perfect for romantic getaways with your four-pawed third wheel or for quiet family trips, this pretty home sits in the beautiful village of Audlem. A cosy bolthole in which to enjoy quality time together relaxing, the enclosed garden means your pups can chase their tails safely after days filled with stick fetching besides the Shropshire Union Canal.

Tranquil tones, cosy furnishings and the sliding patio doors create a charming ambience in the kitchen/lounge/diner at this inviting single-storey home. The layout means you can keep an eye on your waggy-tailed sidekicks from the comfort of the sofa where you can switch off and unwind in front of the Smart TV before dinner. Keep your chef company and lay the table ready for a date night or take your plates outside and enjoy some more time in the fresh air whilst your pups play ball. Stroke your four-pawed pal as they curl up before heading to bed yourself in either the double or single which share the family bathroom. Rise and shine and soak in the tub to get your day off to a relaxing start before taking the pups for a stretch of their legs in the paddock.

Head out on family-friendly trips close to home and board a boat from Lock 15 to Overwater Marina with your dogs in tow. Enjoy a bite to eat on your arrival or work up an appetite and tuck into treats in Audlem where eateries await. Take to well-trodden paths and explore the Cheshire countryside for stick chasing adventures or visit one of the nearby National Trust properties and land including Downs Banks (19 miles) where panoramic views await and there’s a resident kingfisher.
