Take the lead and sniff out adventure nearby, before heading home to rest and recuperate in total comfort. Perfectly suited to a group of friends or small family, the property sleeps four guests and one beloved canine companion.

This welcoming property has been decorated with a traditional decor, creating an instant home from home. Stop off in the porch on arrival, kicking off muddy boots and drying Fido’s wet fur. Find an enticing treat in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoying a cup of tea before unpacking the car. After long days of fetch and walkies you can unwind in the comfortable lounge. Switch on the TV or sit down to a good book whilst your four-pawed friend curls up in front of the warming feature gas fire. Perfect for summer time, this cottage offers a picturesque garden with vegetable patch and furnished patio. Let Fido have free reign of this enclosed space whilst you dig up fresh veg or enjoy an evening tipple at the garden table.

Well equipped and comfortable cottage. Really reasonably priced. Enjoyed the location as not stayed in this area before. Co-op is very handy although expensive. Lots of flooded roads around Wooler when we stayed but joined the local Facebook page which provided handy updates and guidance.

A lovely cottage, in the perfect location. Clean, comfortable, has everything you'd need, and a lovely garden. Shops, pubs, cafes and supermarket a couple of minutes' walk away. We ate at the Black Bull (cheap, filling and tasty pub grub), and Milan (good Italian food, huge helpings, reasonably priced). Best outings, Chillingham Castle, wonderfullyRead more quirky, and Ad Gefrin, just down the road, Anglo-Saxon museum combined with a gin and whisky distillery, believe it or not! A great holiday. The cottage had everything we needed, very clean and well equipped. The little cupboard in the front room filled with games and leaflets on where to visit was a great addition. A reasonably-priced cottage in an excellent location for seeing Northumberland. A very handy CO-OP around the corner was very useful.

The cottage was lovely & cosy. It was the best equiped place we've stayed in. The cupboard in the livingroom of books, puzzles & games was a great bonus. It was well located with a corner shop round the corner & centrally located for exploring Northumbria. We were welcomed with a cake on arrival & milk in the fridge which was a thoughtful touch. ThRead moree garden was quite overgrown & bbq unusable, but it didn't impact on our stay. Hide

A lovely clean and comfy cottage well situated to explore Northumberland. Shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Cake and milk on arrival was a lovely surprise. Garden is quite secluded but not secure - had to keep our dog on a lead.
