The local spa town of Harrogate is accessible via a 15-minute train journey from Weeton or a 7-mile trip in the car. Here you’ll find a vast 200-acre park and plenty of pretty streets to peruse. Find yourself on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales just 4 miles away, carrying on to Fewston Reservoir (9.5 miles) for a relaxing 4-mile walk. Alternatively, embark on a section of the 53-mile Nidderdale Way route, beginning 18 miles away in Pateley Bridge.
