The luxurious lounge area is the perfect spot to spend a few hours relaxing with a good book as your furry friend curls up in front of the wood burner after a great day exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Upstairs you’ll find two luxurious bedrooms featuring classy design flourishes and quaint period features. Step outside and you’ll discover a charming south-facing walled garden/patio with garden furniture. Take your pups for a lovely stroll at the dog-friendly Aysgarth Falls (2.5 miles), a triple flight of waterfalls that are surrounded by some exceptionally pretty woodland and farmland. Walks can be enjoyed from there along the picturesque River Ure, plus tea rooms in the village warmly welcome dogs. Alternatively, history buffs will enjoy a trip to Middleton Castle (9 miles), where they can take their pup for a stroll around the romantic ruins of Richard III’s childhood home.
