This stunning one bedroom apartment offers stylish and fresh accommodation at the thriving heart of the popular Hastings neighbourhood of St Leonards. It is the picture perfect getaway for two by the coast.

This superb property, located less than 500 metres from the pretty beach at St Leonards, is the perfect coastal getaway for two – and the pup, of course! Sleeping you both in a peaceful bedroom with lots of natural light, it won’t be long before you’re feeling refreshed and ready to stroll along the promenade or visit some of the local galleries and restaurants. The canine will love exploring Hastings Country Park (4.5 miles), which lies in the heart of the old town, and can run free on miles of paths near the coastline.

There are stone steps from the road down to the property which is on the lower ground floor. It is stylish and comfortable with little coastal touches in an open-plan layout. The clean and contemporary kitchen area has everything you need to cook up a storm and eat at the table looking out to the garden. Sink into the comfy sofa and armchair in front of the TV when you’re dog-tired at the end of a long day; the canine companion will enjoy curling up on the rug. At bedtime, snuggle into the plush king-size bed among tranquil decor; wake up in the morning and head to the patio with your coffee to enjoy the sun while the hound potters around the enclosed lawn.

Take a leisurely stroll around Alexandra Park (2.5 miles) one afternoon; it’s well known for its diverse and abundant wildlife - so take some binoculars. Closer to home, make sure you explore the antique shops and quirky cafes of Hastings Old Town, or hop on the UK’s steepest funicular railway at East Hill (2 miles) that gives you access to Hastings Country Park.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Please note there is a refundable £200 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Fabulous property for dog friendly stay - garden is secure for off lead and the apartment us spacious wnough to not feel on top of each other. Parking is limited and on-street parallel parking. Lovely comfortable bed, heating works wonders and warms up very quickly. The shower is nice and powerful and temperature stays consistent. Property feels seRead morecure and in a quiet location. It is up a hill (and access to the property is down some steep steps) so walking may not be ideal for some Hide

The apartment and garden were lovely with a patio which was in the sun for most of the day and it was so relaxing looking out from the garden to the sea. The lack of adequate parking is very much a downside of this property, especially on arrival and leaving when having to carry cases etc several street away is not good. Having to drive round and round to find parking each evening rather spoilt some lovely days out.

Comfortable and well equipped lower ground floor apartment with a lovely garden looking out over the, sea which captures the sun throughout the day.

Beautiful apartment which feels like you are staying in someone's home rather than a rental. Spotlessly clean and excellent quality towels and bef linen. Only problem is the parking. If you are very lucky you will be able to park outside the property. If not, you will need to park 100s of yards away which is inconvenient for unloading/loading.

The location is quiet and the seaview from the patio pleasant. Local tourist attractions are easily accessible and of personal great interest. The decoration and accommodation are tastefully done with adequate equipment and appliances including 3D TV and dishwasher. Lovely bed linen and towels.

Second visit to vista sur mar and it was better than the first. Location, decor, apartment and cleanliness all 10 out of 10. The dog loves the garden and the walks along the prom. The chips on the pier are good too!!!!! Looking forward to another break next year.
