Located in the English Riviera town of Brixham, this homely cottage is a short walk from the harbour, where you can sniff out the day’s catch landed by the local fishing fleet or enjoy a freshly-baked pasty as you watch the world go by. This is also where you can join the 630-mile long South West Coast Path – the UK’s longest National Trail – which will take you out of town in either direction, with a host of dog-friendly beaches to explore along the way.
Sleeping up to four people across three bedrooms, plus one canine companions, you will never feel like you’re living on top of each other when you stay here. The bedrooms are spread over two floors and the separate lounge, kitchen and conservatory/dining room ensure everyone can find their own space. Of course, with so many great pubs and restaurants within easy reach, you may prefer not to cook for yourself and head into Brixham where you will find a plethora of restaurants and pubs enticing you with locally-caught seafood dishes. Further afield – but within a 10-mile radius – find the resort towns of Paignton and Torquay, as well as the historic streets of Dartmouth and Totnes. The edge of Dartmoor lies 20 miles from your door, offering untold outdoor adventures for you and your pack.
