Every room inside this property is light and spacious and has been decorated with a beautiful wooden finish. The outside has plenty of garden space in which to run and a private courtyard complete with a charcoal BBQ for those warm summer evenings. On cooler evenings this centrally heated property with underfloor heating downstairs and wood burner will ensure that you are warm and cosy. Start the day by soaking in the upstairs bathroom whilst admiring the fantastic views, then head out the patio doors to sip your coffee in the fresh air. Breakfast, or a celebratory meal, can be enjoyed at the dining table in the kitchen/diner where the whole family can come together. After a day out exploring, the boiler room next door to the barn is perfect for washing muddy boots and paws and leaving bikes, walking equipment and leads.

Just 1 mile away from the property is Grosmont, once described as ‘the most beautiful village in Britain’. Here you’ll find a local shop, Grosmont Castle and a pub that welcomes both two and four-legged animals through its doors. Abergavenny (8 miles) is your nearest town and a great base to explore the Brecon Beacons. Stop by the museum and learn about the local history, hike one of the trails to Sugar Loaf, or stroll the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal for the alternative scenery.

• Storage is available for bikes and walking equipment in the boiler room,  with butler’s sink for washing muddy boots and tumble dryer
• Near to the entrance private parking is available for two cars
• Two well behaved dogs are welcome - must be kept downstairs and are not allowed on any furnishings please
• This property will be decorated for Christmas
• Arrival: 16:00 onwards
• Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
• 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
