Perfectly placed on the southern Cornish coast, escape to this manor farmhouse for a rural retreat with family, friends and canine companions. Boasting views across the countryside with the sea beyond, find a cosy spot and while away the evenings dreaming of your next adventure, of which there are many.

Step inside and discover the spacious serene lounge which makes up the ground floor. Sink into comfortable sofas and chairs and keep tummies and toes warm in front of the coal-effect electric fire. Climb the grand sweeping staircase to reach the remaining rooms which are tastefully decorated in keeping with the traditional country style of this home. Cook up a storm in the smart kitchen and dine together at the table where glorious views sweep across the surrounding landscapes. Rest tired heads in the bedrooms which are both treated to en-suite shower rooms to make freshening up an easy task. Fresh mornings and mild evenings can be spent outside with an al fresco coffee or tipple in the enclosed garden.

A lovely week here. The views are outstanding, and the location very convenient. As advertised, it's on a working dairy farm - this did not spoil our stay. Our hosts were lovely, and we had everything we needed - plus some treats too. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful, comfy place to stay. We were greeted with milk and wine in the fridge and beautiful views. It was so well equipped I don't think there was anything that wasn't available to us in the house. The dogs loved the freedom of the outdoor space. Such a great location for a holiday, we'd definitely recommend it.

The house had everything we needed and more and was very comfortable and clean. The host family were very welcoming and they also gave us an appreciation of life on a working farm. The house is in a great location with good access for days out exploring further afield or for staying local and exploring the nearby beaches and coastal path.

Lovely place to stay and the owners were really friendly. The location was great as its 10min drive to St Austell and it's easy to get to loads of other tourist spots (recommend Charlestown). The house itself was spotlessly clean and well laid out. Comfy beds and nice ensuite for both bedrooms. Cot and high chair worked well for our baby, and as thRead moree living room is on the ground floor it was very safe for a toddler. Closed garden does have a metal farm gate so a small dog may squeeze through. Hide
