You could head to the many dog-welcoming beaches along the northern Cornish coast, like Newquay that’s just 11.5 miles away. There are plenty of dog-friendly pubs and cafes in the area, with popular towns nearby including Truro (7.5 miles) and St Austell (11 miles). The Lost Gardens of Heligan (9 miles) offers miles of wonderful walks for dogs and their owners.
