Whisk family and friends away to reunite by the sea and fill your days with sandy stick chases, refreshing swims and sociable times at this gorgeous home. Enjoy sizzling feasts on the BBQ followed by relaxing nights in the hot tub or cosy up inside and enjoy the fantastic open-plan living space.

This wonderfully social home welcomes both lively and tranquil evenings. Fill the lounge/diner with chatter and settle on the comfortable sofa for a film night or gather at the table to pop open another bottle of fizz. With plenty of places to hide treats for pups, the charm continues into the kitchen which is wonderfully spacious and has a coffee machine to fuel early morning walkies. After beach days, return via your private path, rinse sandy paws in the outside shower and throw salty towels in the utility room before continuing your time in the fresh air. BBQ up a feast, sip al fresco tipples and bubble the night away in the hot tub (take care of different levels and steps in garden) to unwind before bed. Stroke your pups to sleep and settle in one of five gorgeous bedrooms residing over the ground and first floor, and drift off amid splashes of colour.

Welcoming those with paws all year round, tread your private path down to Perranporth Beach for family-friendly days in the sand, sea and surf. Visit local eateries or enjoy a cold drink at the bar on the beach where you can also listen to live music in the evenings. For a stretch of the legs and a different vantage point of the ocean, walk the South West Coast Path which runs for 630 miles between Minehead and Poole.

Absolutely beautiful house and garden with spectacular views The welcome pack was a plentiful and a lovely touch to start off our holiday. What a wonderful place to stay. We had such a surprise with the welcome packages. Just perfect environment for our family to relax and have a wonderful holiday. Perfect location in many ways, within walking distance to beach and Perranporth. Other attractions only a short bus ride or drive. Loved it.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here. We were a group of 9, aged between 7 and 74 and everyone had a wonderful time. The beach with its stunning sunsets is within direct access of the property (approx. 10 min walk across the sand to the sea at low tide). The town is also the same walking distance, with a decent sized co-op. The track down to theRead more beach/town is fairly steep and narrow in places. This cottage has the best location, great views & access to the beach, and shops nearby. Comfortable accommodation, nicely decorated and furnished.

Excellent location with stunning views, and easy although very steep access to the beach. Some parts of the property are a little tired but overall a fantastic accommodation with a fabulous hot tub included.

This house is in the perfect location. The views over the sea are absolutely stunning and the path to the beach on the doorstep is ideal. We did find that the property wasnt as thoroughly clean as it could have been but we put that down to our visit being the end of the season. This house had everything that we needed for our stay as a family of 2 grandparents, 5 other adults and two toddlers. Plenty of space and fantastic sunset views from the large terrace and hot tub. It's a steep path down to get to the beach and shops but everything is nearby once you are down there. Excellent position just over the beach. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. The shower failed & 10 people with only an en-suite shower for the majority of the stay is not ideal. Much of the inside & outside is tired. Sofas need replacing both inside and out. If you intend to cook while staying take your own kitchen utensils and pots as wRead morehat is left working is not great. In general just disappointed as it could be amazing. We had a family holiday at Trenarren and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was very well finished, with practical furnishing. The views from the property and decking were excellent with fantastic sunsets. Access to the beach was via a steep narrow path, but manageable even with small children. We will certainly be considering booking for 2023.

Lovely location and the view out was amazing. Very short walk to the beach, we all enjoyed staying here. Think the property needs a little bit of TLC, blinds missing and a door wouldnt open
