Very well appointed. All the bedrooms are lovely, each with en-suite bathrooms, so nobody felt like they had drawn the short straw. Beautiful views from the garden. Great location with a small shop and pub within walking distance. Plenty of walks on the doorstep. A couple of things to note: Not all the bedrooms have blinds, if you like to sleep in Read morea dark room. The stairs up to the bedrooms are quite steep & narrow, as you would expect with a period property. Neither were an issue for us. Hide

The building is amazing and has been kitted out to a very high standard. Extremely comfortable and characterful. The views and area of Grosmont are incredible. And the three castle to visit, one directly across the road from the property, are great.
