Semi-detached country cottage in the rural Scottish Highlands, with the perfect amount of space for four family members or friends. Ideally located near golf and fishing spots for experts or amateurs.

Take your loyal companion with you to enjoy the exceptional natural beauty of the Scottish Highlands from this charming cottage close to Conon Bridge. Sleeping four guests and 1 delighted dog, it is set on a working farm and surrounded by far-reaching, scenic countryside. Head straight out across the rolling landscape to explore the area on foot. Return to rest your paws within the cosy ambience of the cottage, with its views out towards Ben Wyvis and Cromarty Firth.

Enter your single-storey, rural retreat to find a warm welcome for all. Make yourself at home in the kitchen/diner/lounge, where you can prepare tasty meals for all five of you with delicious Scottish produce. Let Fido stretch out in front of the glowing wood burner while you watch TV, listen to music or grab a few quiet moments with your book. Dine at the table before taking your pal for an evening stroll as the sun starts to set. Bid him goodnight then head off to one of your two inviting bedrooms, with the family bathroom close by to get ready for bed. Let your happy hound sniff the fresh Scottish air while you sit outside in the sunshine and soak up the serenity before heading off into the Highlands for an exciting day in the great outdoors.

Venture out from home to walk along the River Conon. Head into Dingwall, 3.5 miles away, potter around the town and stop in a dog-friendly cafe or tearoom for refreshment. Pack a picnic and head to the Black Isle, about 10 miles from your cottage, for the day. This is a peninsula surrounded on three sides by expanses of water. Walk through wooded glens and along the dramatic coastline where you might be lucky enough to spot a pod of bottlenose dolphins.

The best equipped kitchen I have seen in a holiday cottage. A very good location, quiet, but not too far from a main road so easy to get to plenty of interesting places.
