From the apartment, you will never far from the array of things to do in Bude. The beaches, independent shops, pubs, restaurants, and golf course are all within walking distance.
This delightful property, located just over half a mile’s walk from Summerleaze Beach, is the ideal holiday home for families or groups of friends – not forgetting the canine companion, of course! Sleeping six across three bright and airy bedrooms, it won’t be long before you’re all up and out exploring Bude and the surrounding towns of Devon and Cornwall. Unleash it all on Northcott Mouth Beach (1 mile’s walk) or Westward Ho! (26.5 miles) and get as sandy or muddy as you like since there’s a shared dog bath and grooming area on the ground floor of the apartment building.
The apartment, which is on the third floor, is spacious and welcoming. Trendy sofas and chairs in the open-plan living area make it a relaxing place to unwind in whatever the time of day; look out across the golf course through the large windows in the day, but draw the blinds in the evening and snuggle up in front of the Smart TV, the hound at your feet. The bedrooms have charming tones of the ocean dotted throughout; one bedroom has an ornamental fireplace below the TV for added quirkiness. Spend the morning people-watching out on the shared terrace with a cup of tea and a snack.
Head out of the door to sniff out clues along the self-guided Bude Mystery Treasure Trail that starts at Burn View (0.5 miles) or get the adrenaline going at the Milky Way Adventure Park (16.5 miles). The cobbled village of Clovelly (17 miles) is well worth a visit around antique shops and cafes, while Docton Mill Gardens (15 miles) is a pleasure to walk around before enjoying afternoon tea. Get lost in the maze at Hidden Valley Discovery Park (23 miles) or visit the weird and wonderful Forbidden Mansion.
