The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm during your stay, while fresh whites and greys in the lounge make it a fantastic place to put your feet up after a long day of exploration while your pup snoozes in their favourite corner. Get cosy in bed for a tranquil night’s sleep; wake up among the cooling tones of the sea and head to the shared terrace area to take in views over the golf course and down to the beach.
Take a stroll around the gardens at Docton Mill (15 miles) and pick up the 1-mile track to the coast to see the waterfall at Spekes Mill– just remember to bring your wellies! Pick up a souvenir plant at the Merry Harriers Garden Centre (18.5 miles) before stopping for some lunch in its restaurant. History buffs will enjoy the Cornwall at War Museum (15.5 miles) and the Arthurian Centre (17.5 miles) where you can walk through the archaeology sites to the Battlefield, riverside woodland and King Arthur’s Stone. And if you prefer to experience wonderful scenery from a carriage, take a ride on the Launceston Steam Railway (20 miles).
