This spacious home-from-home is an excellent base from which to explore the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastline. Inside, large reception rooms have been finished in fresh modern decor and open onto the delightful rear garden. With wonderful walks on the doorstep, you and your canine companion can explore the village of Cosheston before continuing to fabulous Pembroke, finishing off with a delicious meal at the local pub.
When you’re not sampling the delights of the local pubs or restaurants, cook up a storm in the spacious kitchen/diner, which features tasteful contemporary units and a good-sized table for family meals. Afterwards, take to the lovely lounge where a warming wood burner creates a cosy atmosphere for evenings in and large French doors open onto the patio for those sunny days. Once outside, fire up the charcoal BBQ and soak up the Welsh sunshine on the lawn.
Set on the edge of the village of Cosheston where the tidal river reaches the roadside, there is an idyllic country inn within walking distance of this fantastic property. Just 2 miles away lies historic Pembroke, with its imposing Norman castle and a good selection of independent shops and restaurants. For beach strolls with the dogs, you will be spoilt for choice between Freshwater East (4 miles), Barafundle Bay (7 miles) and Marloes Sands (18 miles). For families, a day out at Blue Lagoon Water Park (10 miles) or Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (10 miles) are both popular choices, while picturesque Tenby (5 miles) is well worth a visit.
