This stunning, 5-star, barn conversion in North Devon is the perfect place to enjoy a special holiday with friends, family and your four-legged friends. With nine acres of grounds in a rural setting and a fun games barn, the children and animals are well-catered for, leaving the adults to relax and catch up with a glass of wine on the patio. Everyone will benefit from the fresh country air on long walks from your doorstep. Despite its peaceful location, it is conveniently located to access the rugged coastline, sandy beaches, clean surf and local towns.

Sympathetically converted, this property has many traditional features that hark back to its agricultural history, but its cool, contemporary décor makes it feel fresh and modern. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room is vast and offers more than enough space for guests to spread out and make the most of the property; there is no doubt the dogs will grab the spot in front of the wood burner in the lounge. An additional smaller lounge offers peace and quiet. With one bedroom and en-suite shower room downstairs, the other five bedrooms and four bathrooms can be found upstairs. Outside, there is plenty of space to explore, including a private patio and lawned garden.

Westward Ho! (9.5 miles) is a typical seaside town with a range of shops and eateries, but also has a long sandy beach and rolling waves for everyone to enjoy – be sure to check seasonal restrictions on dogs. If you’d rather view the coastline without getting sandy paws, join the South West Coast Path at Peppercombe (5 miles) and discover smaller coves and picturesque spots as you venture north or south. There are many family attractions nearby such as The Big Sheep (6 miles) and The Milky Way (7.5 miles).

Barn is roomy and beautifully calm making a relaxing stay for up to 12 guests. The games room is a perfect place to entertain all ages, we spent a lot of time here. Perfectly located in the countryside but near enough to both beaches and towns. Plenty of easy parking when you get there although the roads around are narrow and hilly.

Great venue for a sociable get together. Nice big tables for games & eating together and a well equipped kitchen. The games room is great and was well used for our holiday. A wonderful barn conversion situated in a peaceful setting. Perfect for relaxing amongst a large group. The owners Gina & Ken are close enough to be of assistance if needed but other than that you won't know they're there.

A wonderful and homely barn which was well equipped for a large group to stay in. Lovely comfy beds and beautifully clean on arrival. Fabulous location, either for local walking or to visit attractions. Something for all ages, from few months old to retirement! Although fairly remote it was easy to find and travel around from. Would definitely recommend or return to at a future date. Spotlessly clean, and maintained to a good standard. Thanks
