As soon as you open the door the original charm embraces you with flagstone floors, stone walls and a large feature fireplace with wood burner. Kick off your boots and hang your coats on anchor hooks by the door. The lounge/kitchen is light and airy with a comfy sofa, leather relaxer, TV and contemporary kitchen area which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Lay the table in the garden room to enjoy a hearty breakfast and plan your days’ activities embracing the view down the inviting garden. Up the narrow and steep stairs you will find the relaxing double bedroom. At the top of the stairs is the nautical themed shower room with shower, WC and views over the garden towards the sea from the Velux window.

This end-of-terrace property has a surprising garden with feature paths, patios with furniture by the garden room and at the top of the garden where you can listen to the water on its’ course down the stream towards the sea. Enjoy alfresco dining, a charcoal BBQ and sit by the fire pit relaxing in to the evening in the illuminated garden. There is parking for one car in the village car park just 50 yards away.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

There was a well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, cozy living room with a log burner, which the owner had left us some logs and fire lighters to start a fire with, a couple of small bottles of wine and chocolates too nice touch.

The cottage is beautifully located and has great potential! The rooms are perfectly big enough and theres a lot of storage space in drawers cupboards hooks etc. however the poor equipment in the kitchen, broken and neglected furniture all lets it down unnecessarily! The cottage is ideally situated for accessing the mountains, coast and castles of Snowdonia. The cottage has been equipped to a price and could be better, but it's all usable. I would imagine the dining area, a wooden extension, might be cold in winter. The bathroom is compact with a sloping roof and a petite sink. It's a great little cottage ideal for a base. It's very homely it had everything you need. The two little bottles of wine was a really nice touch.It was nice sitting in the garden at the end of the day to relax. All in all we had a really good time thank you Mrs collier

This is a cosey home from home, dog friendly, well equipped and a little bit of piece and quiet. Great little cottage. Lovely little village, great local pub, and convenient local shop. Many dog friendly beaches a short drive away, including; Abdovey,Tywyn,Fairborn and Barmouth. We enjoyed relaxing time in the very smart garden listening to the babRead morebling Brooke at the bottom, and were able to chill out! Will come back and definitely recommend for a couple with a dog! We had a lovely stay at the wobbly cottage, the owner thought of everything we would need and the cottage was very cosy. Short walk to a beautiful beach and across the road from the pub, would love to stay again
