This pretty little stone barn conversion is bright, stylish and contemporary and has easily enough space to accommodate you and your two dogs. This is a delightful location if you have four legs and tons of energy with doggie walks right on the doorstep and a shared exercise paddock for all to go barking mad in. With a shop and pub just 2 miles away, this holiday home is a real treasure.

A stunning restoration of a stone barn, this is the smallest of two, offering single storey, open-plan living with nice high ceilings in the modern kitchen/diner and lounge. A bright, light living room is perfect for relaxing in with a comfy sofa and chair and has space to let those sleeping dogs lie. Curl up with a good book and a glass of wine or to watch your favourite movie as the day draws to its conclusion. With a furnished garden and BBQ, you may choose to take your drinks outside in the setting sun and relax in the hot tub. A belly rub wouldn’t go amiss to set all tails wagging!

Just 14 miles away are the beaches of the north or south coast, your choice. Days out could take you to Looe or Boscastle for sightseeing, shopping and dining out. Bodmin Moor and Tamar Valley are both within 10 miles, offering huge scope for off-lead muddy adventures, stick chasing, cycling and big hikes.

Lovely for summer or good weather, bit remote in winter. Stayed in Annexe, perfect for 2, lovely secluded hot tub. Experienced very wet weather which sadly spoiled our stay

Great value for money.All the equipment in the barn you could want.Location mighten suit everyone but was perfect for us and our dog.As holidays for us are all about our dog there were plenty of walks locally and Dartmoor (40mins) away was beautiful.Beaches within an hour.Thanks we had a lovely time

We had the best week staying here for just us two and our doggies! We mostly went out for the days but had a great time chilling in the evening and winding down in the hot tub. Personally, felt the location was exactly what we were looking for - only an hour away from Padstow and Bude and 1 hour 45 from Kynance Cove and Lizard Point. Such a beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful location, with local amenities a short drive away. The hot tub was an added bonus to the clean and welcoming cottage. Great comfortable place to stay for humans and dogs, awesome secure exercise field. Location is good if thats the area you want to be. Nice range of equipment available to use. The cottage is clean and spacious, bed is massive and comfortable, smart TV. WiFi is fast, washer, dryer dishwasher provided and not forgetting a great hot tub.

A well equipped cottage booked it because it was dog friendly with an enclosed garden, hot tub & dog paddock. It's advertised as dog friendly but when we arrived there was a list of dog rules that was not noted during the booking process & the only external door opened onto the shared parking area so dogs had to be put on leads to be taken into garRead moreden if they needed to toilet. We could only use the hot tub once-due to it taking 48 hours to heat up & then not maintaining temperature. Hide

Cottage was clean, and comfortable. Well equipped and lovely welcome basket on arrival. Quite central for travel around half hour to an hour for most attractions. A tesco not far away for supplies. Tv quite small, but by the time we got back in from days out wasn't a lot of the evening left. Hot tub was lovely and very private.

Lovely cottage clean everything you need Tv too small could do with a nice lamp in living areas bit far from coast but that was our fault for not doing our research but all in all a very enjoyable holiday

WOW, just what we needed. I normally sleep 4-5hrs/night (interrupted), the combination of the quietness, hot tub and the bed, I slept like a baby. For this I cannot thank you enough. The whole place was very clean, well looked after, wifey and I said we could live down there. EXCELLENT STAY, cannot praise it enough. Looking at coming again.

We had a lovely stay at this property but found that a few things needed attention. The hot tub could perhaps be serviced or updated as we had issues which although rectified meant we could not use it when we wanted to.

Fabulous stay. Enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The hot tub was glorious to come back to after a long day of walking. We enjoyed the barbecue and all the utilities and welcome hamper. The location of this cottage is wonderful and we got to explore so.many great places in Cornwall. We had issues with the hot tub and Matt the Caretaker was able to offer tips to resolve this quickly. Bed is very firm and unfortunately this led to us not having much sleep.
