Vintage style brims over in this three-storey holiday house ideal for groups of friends or families holidaying together. It can accommodate up to nine people, with plenty of space for dogs and travel cots - with three bathrooms plus sea views too, it’s a real find.

The house has been finished immaculately throughout, yet it’s a welcoming, useable space just waiting to be filled with happy voices. Guests can spread out in two bright living rooms as well as the large kitchen with island seating. Let the children scamper upstairs to explore the various bedrooms while the teens take occupancy of the TV room and the adults throw open the French doors in the kitchen/diner to enjoy a glass of wine. With two shower rooms and a family bathroom, there shouldn’t be any problems getting everyone ready for the day, and there is plenty to do when you do decide to head out.

St Leonards Gardens and its green lawns looking down onto the sea is just across the road, perfect for a quick dog walk or evening stroll, and it’s a 300-metre walk down to the promenade and pebbly beach.There are restaurants and galleries in St Leonards, or it’s about a mile east to visit central Hastings. Kids will love exploring the Smugglers Caves and the aquarium and it’s a fun trip up the hill on the funicular railways to the castle or beautiful Hastings Country Park.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Wow - what a lovely property. Loved how it had been decorated. Fabulous kitchen and dinning room, very spacious and very well equipped. As we spent Christmas there and cooked a full Christmas dinner that made life a lot easier. Two great reception rooms which gave a place for everyone to find a bolt-hold. Great beds and mattresses and the bed linenRead more made it feel like a five star hotel. We all slept very soundly. A lovely quiet area close to the sea front and also a lovey dog friendly park. Lovely spacious well appointed house in a quiet location, within easy reach of local amenities. We found plenty of activities to entertain the whole family.

Very pleased to have chosen this property as it is central to St Leonards on sea, although would suggest that the amount of steps in the property wouldnt suit everyone.
