Perfect for a small family or couples, this well-presented and converted former warehouse has a central location within the coastal town of Great Yarmouth, along the wonderful Norfolk coastline

With a whole host of attractions on your doorstep and just a short distance beyond, holidaymakers are spoilt for choice for things see and do in and around the fun-filled town of Great Yarmouth. Adults and children alike will love the many attractions on the seafront approximately a 0.5 miles, including the Sea Life Centre, the beach, amusements, and plenty of traditional seaside fun galore. Other local towns and quaint villages around offer lots more too and the historic vibrant cathedral city of Norwich is just twenty-two miles away. The stunning Norfolk Broads are within 19 miles where you can hire a boat for the day to explore the vast, picturesque waterways and visit Winterton-on-Sea (9 miles) to pay the resident seal colony a visit.

You enter this wonderful three-storey townhouse and arrive in the entrance lobby which leads off to the garage on the left and a ground floor shower room with WC. You can also kick off those walking boots here before heading up the stairs to the first floor which leads you to the modern style open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area which has been lovingly designed with a social aspect in mind. The lounge has a large sofa and an armchair both comfortable and able to seat up to four guests, so cosy up with loved ones after a long day out exploring and put your favourite show on the Smart TV while you relax and unwind. Whether its breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a real home away from home feel with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and slow cooker, so if you prepare a hearty meal then serve it up at the dining table which can seat up to four guests. Heading up to the second floor, there are two bedrooms, a king-size and a double, both with plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items and both have a TV/DVD. You also have a bathroom with a bath, shower attachment, and WC, so run yourself a hot bath after a day out on the beach and soak those tired legs.
There is a small courtyard area to the rear of the property accessed from the ground floor, There is a public pay and display car park directly opposite the property although there is no charge between the hours of 4pm and 8am seven days a week. Long term parking is also available close by for £6 per day.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely stay for my husbands birthday. House is lovely and clean. The Owners were so lovely and helpful with suggestions for our puppy too. Couldnt recommend more.

The property was beautifully decorated and well equipped. It is quiet yet almost in the town centre, it was just ideal for our Christmas stay. Warm and comfortable.
