An excellent choice for getting away from it all in a rural setting, with access to walks, historical Dunster and seaside town amenities of Minehead.

Brilliant location in heart of village with pub and shop. It would have been helpful to have slightly clearer information telling you that the garden is across the other side of a shared access alleyway so you cannot just let your dog out to roam the garden without watching. But this is a very minor niggle.

Lovely cottage, very well equipped and furnished and an enclosed garden. The wood burner was a bonus during the bad weather. The owner, Alan, made a point of checking everything was ok for us. In a nice location with plenty of good walks for us and the dogs. Decent, dog friendly pub with welcoming landlord and customers less than a minutes walk awaRead morey and a nice little village shop/post office. So much to do in the area we were spoilt for choice. Would definitely recommend staying here. Hide
