The cottage is ideal if you’re holidaying in a group of friends or large family, and will warmly receive up to two canine guests.
The inside of the house is spacious, with an open-plan kitchen/diner where you can prepare and enjoy meals. There’s a separate dining room for sitting down to eat together. There are plenty of sofas for sprawling across in the kitchen area and the lounge. Out the back, there’s a large enclosed lawn where your dog can play with his squeaky rubber bone while you absorb some Yorkshire sunshine. On a lazy summer’s evening, cook up a feast on the BBQ and relax with some cool drinks in the garden. The front of the cottage has a lawn too,(not enclosed) plus a table and seats where you can sit and contemplate the pretty views .
The cottage is in the village of Langtoft. In nearby Driffield (6 miles), you’ll find dog-friendly pubs where you can pop for a drink as a group. Take Rover for a dramatic walk on the chalk cliffs at Bempton, 15 miles from the property on the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast. He might not appreciate the sea views, but he’ll lap up the fresh sea air and new scents to sniff. Bridlington (12 miles), Filey (14 miles) and Scarborough (15 miles) are great options if there are beach lovers in your party.
