The cottage was amazing, the smallest bedroom and bathroom very small, the cleanliness was beyond our expectations and it was very warm. The bathroom fans stay on for a long time after the light is turned off.

The cottage was really quiet, no noise from the other cottages. It was mostly well equipped though more hangers and mugs were needed. The bathroom fans were so noisy and ran on so long that we had to de-camp to the third bedroom the first night. The cottage's situation is rather remote and not very good for walking along the road as it is quite a bRead moreusy shortcut for traffic. We did find two nice restaurants in nearby Weaverthorpe and it's in a good position to visit the coast and York. Hide

Couldn't fault the cottage, it's well located for visiting local beaches. Some of the lesser known ones were quieter and less commercialised.
