Take up to three happy hounds with you on a holiday to this unique Kent property and indulge in hours of fun together on the High Weald. Set in the village of Ruckinge, this spacious, four-bedroom house, which sleeps up to nine guests and  enjoys superb access to this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy the incredible space offered to you and your contented canines at this converted church hall, which still retains character features. Spill into the entrance hall, where there is space for all your doggy accessories, as well as coats and boots. Wander into your stylish, open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge, where the high vaulted ceiling enhances the incredible feeling of space and everyone can relish being able to spread out. Pamper the pups as they lounge beside the glowing wood burner or prepare feasts for your party, then dine together with your furry friends close by. There are three bedrooms at ground-floor level; one has an en-suite bathroom while the others share the family bathroom, also fitted with a useful washer and dryer. Another large bedroom and its shower room can be found on the mezzanine upstairs. While away balmy evenings on your patio: light the BBQ or fire up the pizza oven while your pets also enjoy a breath of fresh air.

Head to Hamstreet Woods, almost 2 miles from the property, and let your pals bound ahead while you enjoy the beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed our stay in the old village hall. We loved the huge living/cooking area and the efficient heating system (it was a cold Spring) The pizza oven outside was an excellent idea and we had great fun firing that up. The walks in the surrounding area were wonderful - particularly the bluebell woods.

Property was really lovely. Very stylish but practical too - had 2 dogs and 2 older people with mobility issues as well as four younger people and everyone was happy. Kitchen really well equipped, beds (lovely bed linen and towels) and sofas comfy and showers all worked perfectly.

The property is beautifully maintained, fresh looking and very clean. For us as a family of five plus grandparents a smaller sofa by the door turned to face the other would have been much better with a larger tv, perhaps wall hung in corner. The sky box needs to come out of the desk as gets extremely hot, we propped it open with a dvd case. The outRead moreside area although small was good but needs proper garden furniture not old indoor dining room and camping chairs. Hide
