Property code: 77991

Deep in the heart of the Teme Valley, this attractive, four-bedroom lodge enjoys an elevated location within a complex of eight other lodges where you can spend quality time with family and friends.

The beautiful wood-clad lodge sleeps eight guests and two canine party members. It’s perfectly placed to enjoy a walking holiday together, as the magnificent Malvern Hills is just 2 miles from the property. After a long hike with the trusty hounds, pour a glass of bubbly and sink into the private hot tub or unwind on the veranda and admire the views over the water to the hills beyond.

The stunning accommodation is set within a traditional Teme Valley farm, where you and the four-legged ones can roam (just remember to keep them on a lead) and meet the farm animals and spot local wildlife. The lodge embraces open-plan living, providing ample space for you to all spread out and relax or come together to socialise. There’s a large dining table, with seating for everyone, so you can enjoy hearty meals as a group after an action-packed day. On a warm afternoon, leave the French doors open so your four-pawed pals can potter in and out to the veranda. In the evening, fire up the BBQ or challenge each other to a table tennis match is the communal games room, limited to use of members of same booking group at any one time due to social distancing guidelines

The Malvern Hills – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – is a paradise for pups. From gentle strolls along tree-lined paths, to energetic treks along the hill ridges, there’s plenty to get tails wagging. Famed for its dramatic landscapes, ancient woodlands and rolling pastures, it’s a truly magical place. Equally photogenic is Croome National Trust (17 miles away). The secret wartime airbase is set within the grandest of English landscapes, with commanding views over the Malverns. Stroll around the parkland, which is dotted with dog bowls and bins, and explore the hidden temples and impressive statues. There’s also a fantastic RAF-themed play area for kids.

The Malvern Chestnut is a lovely house in a super site in an excellent location for touring. The facilities on site are wonderful & the cafe a real 'MUST'. My birthday carvery was superb. Don't miss the New Inn up the road or walk up the field for 10 mins to get there. Some lovely walks all around - don't forget your OS map

We had a wonderful weekend break in this magical location. The Christmas decorations and lights were beautiful. Very well-equipped and comfortable and suitable for all the family from 10 to 75. The younger ones loved the hot tub and the older ones loved the fishing. On-site cafe very welcome.

Chestnut Lodge was clean and comfortable and the whole of Pitlands Farm was well thought out with good facilities. Although there was a lot of accommodation on the site each property did not feel crowded or overlooked, and the landscaping was exceptional.

We had an amazing stay. The overall site is absolutely stunning with beautiful grounds and facilities. The chestnut cottage was really well equipped and had everything we needed. The cottage itself, although on a site of several others felt very secluded and private. 100% recommend

What a fantastic place to stay! The lodge was far bigger than we could have hoped for and very comfortably furnished with a spacious seating area, a dining table that was actually big enough for everyone and lovely spacious bedrooms. Everything was well maintained and clean. The kids (and adults) loved visiting the animals on site and walking the gRead morerounds. The play area for the children was also very good. I would also highly recommend a visit to the Apple Tree Kitchen, the food was fantastic. Hide
