Find the shores of Windermere just 1 mile down a tree-lined country road, the perfect distance for a daily dog walk along the vast water’s edge. The area boasts plenty of popular tourist spots, including local village of Hawkshead (3 miles), town of Bowness (9 miles) and even Windermere itself (8 miles). Visit the beautiful National Trust spot of Wray Castle (1.5 miles), a wonderful place for an evening walkies, or sniff out adventure on one of the local fells.
