This mid terrace property is in the heart of a popular seaside holiday park near Filey and is ideal for families and couples providing the perfect base to explore the Yorkshire coast.
Located in the heart of a popular seaside holiday park, and with Filey beach just over half a mile from the front door, this mid-terrace property has plenty to offer your pack, no matter whether they have two legs or four. The sandy beach is the perfect place for your canine companions to let off steam while young – and not so young – human guests play in the sand or splash in the surf. When you get back, there’s an on-site swimming pool, gym and play areas for those with energy in reserve, or a trip to the spa, lake fishing (subject to a license) or dog-friendly pub for those looking to wind down at a more leisurely pace.
Sleeping four humans and two hounds, the property’s interior is fresh and bright throughout, with a well-equipped kitchen/diner taking care of all your catering needs. A separate living room opens out onto your own patio area, with table and chairs for al fresco dining. This leads on to a garden area, but you will need to keep an eye on any cheeky canines and kids, as this unenclosed space is shared with the neighbouring properties.
Venturing out of the park there is so much to see and do in the local area that you will soon wish you had booked a longer stay. The Yorkshire Coast is your immediate neighbour, with the resort town of Scarborough just 10 miles to the north and Whitby – steeped in gothic history – 20 miles further up the coast. Between the two lies the eastern edge of the North York Moors, providing you and your four-legged explorers with access to one of the largest expanses of heather moorland in the UK.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
