The open-plan lounge is fresh and bright, perfect for relaxing by the wood burner-effect electric fire on cosy evenings in. The shaker-style kitchen has wooden worktops and everything you need in a home from home. Dine at the breakfast bar before setting out on your adventures and take your four-legged family along for some good exercise. A sunny conservatory has two wicker armchairs, perfect for getting lost in a book or admiring the garden in all weathers. The bright, stone-floored double bedroom has a charming nautical theme while the bathroom is fresh and contemporary with a walk-in shower. Step outside from the conservatory onto a sunny south-facing patio garden, the perfect spot to dine alfresco at the bistro table and chairs.

Overlooking Brixham town, the property is within 250 metres of this bustling seaside settlement. Famed for its fresh seafood and colourful houses, Brixham boasts a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as boat trips from the harbour, including a ferry to Torquay where your pup can come along for the ride. The perfect choice for a romantic holiday, this apartment is within 150 metres of the spectacular coastal path which connects Brixham with sheltered coves and the pretty towns and villages of South Devon. If you are hounded for more, Churston Ferrers and Fishcombe Cove are more great walks, both within 2 miles.

Really enjoyed our weeks stay at the Garden Appartment. Quiet location yet close to the bus station and a very well equipped Tesco Express which is less than two minutes walk away. The conservatory and patio garden benefit from the sun in the morning and the ambient lighting makes it a great place to relax in the evening. A great cottage and well equipped. It was very well presented and comfortable. You can park outside to unload. Close enough to the heart of the town, but far enough away to not be disturbed by noise. I did have some concerns about the low garden wall that someone else had mentioned, but absolutely no problems whatsoever. The garden was perfect for Read moreour 2 dogs. A lovely spot in an elevated position near the church. The roads are steep and narrow and parking can be a problem. The Garden Room is beautifully appointed with most things provided. Lovely apartment, its very local to the harbours restaurants and shops. I would only recommend it for a small dog as the garden is small, with a low wall. There is no room for parking nearby, so you do need to park a few minutes walk away, up a steep hill.

We spent a great week in this lovely cottage. It was immaculately clean, great attention to detail creating a home from home feel. . Location is great, on a quiet street but a very short distance to all that Brixham has to offer. A fantastic base to explore further afield such as Dartmouth and Salcombe. Beautiful holiday cottage, spacious and comfortable and very convenient for shops and harbour. A number of lovely walks can be done from the door, no need to drive. A problem with the shower was sorted very quickly by the owner. The only downside for us was having to transport luggage to the car which needed to be parked about 50 yards away up a hiRead morell. The Garden Apartment - Brixham. A wet week in January. But it was warm, clean and well equipt, we even sat out in the conservatory a few times. Hazel the owner was very helpful. The kitchen area is small but I still managed to make a couple of evening meals finding all the pots/pans/utensils I needed. The location is virtually in the town centre buRead moret on a very steep hill. Even in January parking was a challenge not to be underestimated.
