Stayed at the property in August. Property clean inside, upstairs very nice, downstairs OK. Outside property needs attention, garden and outside a big disappointment. Wouldn't stay there again.

Nice pleasant maisonette located not too far from the seafront, nice secluded garden. The only minus was that the road it was situated in was quite busy, parking fortunately on premises, if this had not been the case parking would have been near impossible.

The cottage itself was ok. It had all facilities needed for two and bed was comfortable. Shower curtain desperately needs replacing. Nice to be left with coffee, milk, crumpets and biscuits. Very disappointed with the garden which was high on our selection criteria. Long walk into town but bus stop outside was very handy and busses run every 15 minRead mores in the week. First impressions on arrival was quite off putting but cottage was much better inside. Hide

you can not walk round fishing lake. The area is very run down. Stairs are steep, so if you have mobility problem dont book. Hill that property is one is very steep as well.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Very spacious bedroom and cosy living room. About 15 mins Walsall from the old town or 2 minutes drive. Had a great time. Would go again.

A perfect location, about 7 minutes walk from the base of East Hill. Lovely garden overlooking the fishing pond. Totally recommended.
