This stunning area of Devon boasts plenty of natural beauty and the nearby A30 offers easy access to lots of places. As well as its wealth of picturesque walks and views, Dartmoor is also home to many charming towns and villages such as Chagford (5.5 miles), Moretonhampstead (8.5 miles) and Okehampton (10 miles). The National Trust’s Lydford Gorge (18 miles) and Castle Drogo (5.5 miles) both offer something different and are worth a visit, as is delightful Becky Falls (12.5 miles). Fine dining can be found at Gidleigh Park (6.5 miles) and there is a variety of shopping and eating options in the city of Exeter (18 miles).
