This delightful log cabin in the Cornish countryside is perfect for families and their four-legged friends who love being outside. Set within an enclosed garden, the patio doors open to allow the inside and outside spaces to merge seamlessly, offering children and dogs a safe environment to explore. Just off the A30, it is easily accessible, yet in the opposite direction from the main road you have country lanes that lead you and your family to Cornwall’s rugged coastline and some of its most stunning beaches. You and your pooches will never tire of the wealth of natural beauty in this area.
If you love the great outdoors, holidays probably don’t get much better than a log cabin in the countryside. Stepping inside, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a sociable place for everyone to spend time together. When you’re ready to retire for the evening, the bedrooms are on the same floor. There is one double bedroom and one triple, consisting of a bunk bed with a double and a single. Compact and comfortable, there is ample room for everyone and the hard floors throughout mean you don’t have to worry about muddy paw prints on the carpet.
The central location offers guests the opportunity to explore the north and south coasts of Cornwall. To the north, there are several beautiful beaches, such as the vast, sandy Perranporth (7.5 miles) and the sheltered cove of St Agnes with its shops and pubs (6 miles). Nearby, the heathland of St Agnes Head offers breathtaking views of the coastline and is a great place to watch the sunset. To the south, there is the maritime town of Falmouth (12 miles), with English Heritage’s Pendennis Castle to visit as well as boat trips to places such as the exclusive village of St Mawes.
